Effective use of TEMPO requires the user to have a basic familiarity with the following:
- Hydrogeology
- Contaminant Fate and Transport
- Site Investigation Techniques (Installation methodologies, sampling, and data interpretation)
Knowledge gained from an undergraduate degree (that included contaminant hydrogeology) or a moderate level of field experience (1 year or more) should be sufficient to use TEMPO effectively.
